Being in sales, my hard work was my fruit. The company does not market their product well and expect the sales team to carry out each and every process. They have no clue where and how to spend.

Dislikes

The top management is ridiculous and will indirectly force you to quit by assigning odd tasks and unrealistic targets. They will not hesitate to cut money from the basic pay and will not consider that their employees have families depending on them. The work culture is pathetic. No medical benefits or any other benefits provided.

no job security whatsoever nor support from management. they change policies and contracts on their whims and fancies across the nation, and this was happening even before covid got in the scene.

Dislikes

no feedback for business is considered even at the top management level, and the HR head is a joke with no ethics or ideas about how to run things.
