Its hard to get a raise and even if you resign you wont be able to get your experience and release letter on time after serving notice period.For ex- I resigned on 19th of Jan 2021 and my notice period was of 30 days they told me if i dont work till 15th of Apr i wont be getting anything from them even after working 2yrs with them.
