The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology .

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sametims late into the the night.Manager do not value an individuals unique stregths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the timetimes.i do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisas.also there is no on -job trining for fresher's hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Good To work , those who need Detail experience of Retail store is prefect place to work. Culture of Senior Management is not Uniform. i.e not matched with company 7-values that it followed. no open Door Policy accepted at all. Reason of the Same is reflected are store closed or near close.

Bossism...mean Senior manager are bosses not leader .

5 year are best after pandemic loose control on Real Retail Values. Only focused of Acquiring customer in club not servicing after. Pressure of staff shortage is reason for the same . open door policy not follwed at all
