This company is full of politics, with the AGM being a perpetual fraudster who shamelessly steals credit of work from his own team members and juniors to impress the director. The Director is a genuine person but unfortunately, seems blind to the manipulative tactics of certain managers. At least he should have a look around and tryto find out why his employees particularly from marketing dept. are leaving this company.
