I am a part of this organization from last 2 years and they are provided me with good learning on GDS. They have ensured that all agents are maintaining a positive work environment and also help them in creating one. The floor is very well organized to handle daily inflow of calls and also regualr shift briefings are been done with all updated been shared on time.

The team is very good and also supportive. I have been working with them from a long time now and they ensure that the employee satisfaction is always good. Regular skip level session are been done with the senior Management to ensure all issues are addressed.
