There is nothing to like in this company

There is no fix time for them they any time cancelled week off even there is only one week off in a week after giving PL they are asking for adjustment in coming week salary coming always late ...there is no social or personal life if you work with this company....it directly affect the health i think no-one want to destroy their health in return of just money...some times even i extend shift to 2-4 hours a day...they told you shifts are rotational but that was half truth they change and align shift according to their convenience.....there is no meaning to share anything with manager also they also give support to their tenured executives...Read More

Good Company and Good Environment. The leadership team has created such a positive environment so that you feel like coming to work everyday. Also, the tools provided are good and up to the mark. We have week offs as per our request and what else do you need.

Every friday we have HR connects along with Friday funs and also, regular feedbacks are done by quality team to ensure that, the product knowledge is upto to date. and not to forget, there is no such caping on incentives as well.

I am happy and delighted to work with Easemytrip as they offer good salary and also provides GDS knowledge and they ensure the employees well being.
