I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I worked in this company for 1 year and 4 months. As far as i can explore, my supervisor is been working for 15 years and my senior who work for 11 years in the company. I was recruited under Automation division, the Divisional Manager was very immatured and unethical. He surrounds himself with 7 to 9 colleague’s/friends who worked together in previous company. HR blindly execute orders without thinking the morals of the company.
