LITERALLY NOTHING. I worked here for 10 months and those were the worst 10 months of my entire life.The worst company you ever wish for.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING. The worst company you ever wish for. This company hires engineers for labours work. The worst management ever, have no manner to talk to someone 10 years senior than them. There is absolutely no difference between a labour and employees of this company. The major cons which I faced are 1. NO respect from anyone. 2. Late night work hours alot of time even for 12 hours and more. 3. Absolutely no work which involves function of brain 4.NO knowledge growth. 5. NO payment during 2 months notice period 6. Worst HR behavior 7. Threats of firing on small things like watching youtube on office laptop but even they know they cant fire because then again they have to do work for hiring a new one. 8. NO work ethics at all. 9. Senior members wont work at all. 10. The dubai office employees treats chennai office employees are their servants. The dubai office employees wont do a single small work like writing name, date . For writing these small things they send the document to chennai office employee, trying to show their class of working in dubai, but even those working in dubai gets the least legal salary of dubai.

I like to work in betterlife as part of Easa Saleh Al Gurg because all our colleagues is treating as a family, helping each other, understanding and giving motivation that YOU CAN DO IT. That's make being positive and achieving our goal no matter how hard it is. Thank you to All my teammates as well as my supervisor Nems, it is a pleasure to work with you. You are so knowledgeable and open minded.

I worked in this company for 1 year and 4 months. As far as i can explore, my supervisor is been working for 15 years and my senior who work for 11 years in the company. They been the same position and I didn't find any growth which mean there is no opportunity to offer a higher position to them. It makes me to reflect about my position too.

Poor management with dump manager and no job security

Useless Manager. Less knowledge about technical issues. No safety in working areas. Manager never visit site. Rude behaviour with engineering team.

Professionally managed , Good employee employer relationship. Friendly approach but never compromise with quality & schedules.

Some decisions the management is wrong informed without giving any justification .I did work with Mariyam madam , but I used to work for TTE , the management there was very biased & groupism led to unethical decisions towards the employees. For no reason , at short notice termination order used to issued .
