Major problem here in CTS tech is dirty politics and it’s completely controlled by one person only MR CTO (who is controlled by his wife). Great work environment, supportive staff. Managers are very good and know their stuff very well. Moses Lokhande is the best manager I have ever seen. He has brought so many changes which have made a big difference to the company.

This company is a disaster to work for. The CTO acts like he owns the place, bending rules to favor his unqualified wife, who keeps getting awards and promotions she doesn’t deserve. Only those who suck up to the bosses get ahead, and women are often promoted based on flirting rather than merit. The office itself is in terrible condition, like an old warehouse with no pantry and inadequate washrooms, and it’s unsafe for female employees.
