Due to my current management and environment I have resigned. Insane fluctuating shifts deteriorated my health and my HR she was not even helping out.she made things more worse.So, internal screening of teams is missing and that too in few cases.It depends on manager& team.

There is not enough work on the roadmap which makes your work life balance incredible. But, there needs to be a good line of sight and enough intent to accomplish what has been proposed in Annual plans.

Horribly mismanaged. No transparency at all in the work place. No scope for skill development. No scope for growth. Company closed up shop because of the high attrition rate caused by no support from the management. As an employee all your hard work will go to getting your managers better pay.

Working with like minded colleagues/team members was very good.

Dislikes

Management was very bad. There was obvious bias in very thing. We were treated like labourers than like an employee. No concern for our health and safety. Appraisal was very bad. Promotions non existent. No support given for skill improvement.
