And it doesn't end there — company is met with vindictive behaviour. e2e supply chain has a disturbing practice of providing highly negative comments about departing employees during background verifications, making it incredibly challenging for them to secure new employment. I've witnessed instances where the chairman goes to great lengths to find out where former employees are joining and actively works to ensure they lose those positions.
