Company appraisals are very very poor. They gave an increment of 10,000/- per year, which hardly turns out to be less than 1,000/- per month. Even when my performance rating is 5 out of 5. This company is in a trend of continuous hiring which implies that the employees are leaving companies even after good performances due to lack of appraisals. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality services. Overall a good environment to work and learn new things.

The work pressure is very high in some cases and have to work after the shift timing. (But it's a part of Job).
