Nothing to like. Manipulation on workplace. Over’s mart employees always back pulling other. Planning plotting. No appropriations for hard work.

Dislikes

Each and everything. Nothing to like about this. No work ethic’s, mobile phones are submitted not allowed to use phone or just to check . They don’t bothered about you’re personal life. Nothing matters to them. Old employee always try to act smart in front of boss they don’t even cost penny.

For me personally, there has been a lot to learn as it was my first job. Later, the lockdown happened and I was offered the job on remote basis. So, I would say it became a little easier for me to maintain work life balance. I, also asked for a substantial salary hike later upon which they agreed. Of course, unhappily.

Dislikes

Micro managing their employees. Their bothersome son, Piyush always stands behind your back while you'll be doing the work. It's quite irritating. They also make you submit your mobile phones as you enter the office. Even during the lunch time, you will not be allowed to go out. My time there made me remember a really great film named, "12 Years A Slave". Apart from all this, these white collared owners of the company won't hesitate to use cheap language against you if something doesn't go their way.
