Its a good company to start your career because you will get to learn a lot. Cons: 1. Management decisions are bias. 2. Company is running under monopoly. 3. No transparency in promotions. 4. No skill and learning training. 5. No cafeteria. Pros: 1. Good to start as a fresher. 2. Female employee will get cab benefits (but only if you are staying in Gurugram.) 3. Flexible timings. 4.
