If you are recruiter and want to leave the organisation so dude just forgot your incentive and paid leave if you have but you haven't received till the date you resign, and after the resignation you are not at all eligible for this thing whether you are eligible.

I didn't like the behavior of HR Head towards me as she terminated me, to be very specific. She could not solve queries and her entire is ruthless, who shout at the new joiners. They just don't deal patiently with new comers. Except for Ms.Mrinalini, the entire HR team was seemed rowdy to me, though I haven't spoken to HR Head there. She seemed to be available only for sending greetings to the team. She herself was a North Indian!! Success gets into such heads very quickly. The HR Head AND ONLY THE HR Head. She seemed lethargic to even greet the new comers once over the call or video call. Sending mails is very old fashioned where you have to strengthen your team morally and ethically. The team becomes likewise. My immediate HR rep.was also a girl and she was darn ruthless. I don't consider her a part of HR at all. She was the reason I could not perform well, as already she kept on scolding and shouting on top of her voice.
