This is the 1st time I'm working in Travel sales and I have learnt a few things about how air travel and airlines work. I got to know more about how to upsell.

If you are looking for work-life balance, forget it here. If you want to earn a good amount of money, this sector and company has a lot of potential but you won't find time for your family and yourself. Either you will earn money or you will have peace of mind after you leave this job. Both can't co-exist. This is my experience and other employees might have a different opinion.
