- Office is located in Prime location of Gurgaon, DLF Cyber City , so no need to navigate in congested lanes - Salary & Benefits are good - Team mates & Seniors are very supportive - Company treats employees as humans & not some money making machines. So they allow Leaves, WFH etc when you need them Company celebrates all Major & Minor festivals in the office & provides treats & gifts to employees on many such occasions which re-inforces the point that company believes in treating employees & humans and not machines - There is no culture of late sitting or weekend working, which again makes it very ethical organization - Seniors are easily approachable to listen to your concern & queries - Office is well maintained & office support staff is always on toes - A mid level organisation with DNA of a startup, so you get to enjoy the best of both worlds - Flexible working hours. You are supposed to complete your working hours and no one is micro managing on your In & Out timings, which again is great...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
