HRs did their job brilliantly like onboarding and other stuffs. Nothing to be appreciated apart from the onboarding.

Dislikes

The HRs do their work very well but after onboarding you will get to know management's real faces as their policies are so much complicated. They hire and just fire with such false proofs. They hire a complete batch of 15 people and then just after firing, they will be left with only 2 to 3 people. And you are not sure after 6 months whether you have a job or not. They want people who can just agree to their stupid things. They have some 3 to 4 people who they call Assistant Manager or Senior Managers. They take complete trainings just like a normal trainer. Then you can see what goes in this company. This company's reviews are fake. Don't believe them. The sales pressure is too much on the agents. If i talk about the quality department, they have made someone a supervisor who doesn't know the Q of the quality. They dont have any manager for the quality as the training manager is taking care of the quality department as well. But this manager is also unable to handle the quality department. They call quality as QA. They don't know what the industry standards are, how things are being done, which reports are to published, which sessions the quality team takes, they just one thing - do 5 audits and 5 feedbacks which are not possible because of so much of complexity in the system.
