The company is open to innovation and raexily adopts latest technology ,the market is reliable with high quality products and has a global cilent base. I had a good bond with quality and marketing departments to know about the details of the progress.

The general manager do not value an individual work and he won't appreciate for our work .the growth is very slow

I work as a store incharge at the start of my job I suffered a lot and I took it as a challenge to learn the products list of the customers who all to deal with .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
