A Company run as a proprietary concern by a half maniac & half insane MD...who is focused on making his employees followers of his religious cult than to progress their career...

Dislikes

Non professional environment, no work life balance... Expects employees to attend paid religious lectures on weekends so practically its a seven day office from 9 am to God knows when!!

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
