Exposure to different international projects and local projects. Good for a fresher to gain knowledge.

Dislikes

Only on- job training available, Hardly find professional people to work with, Typical Indian driven company who amend rules as per their wish, highly talented and hard working people cannot sustain in this company due to their average working culture, ethics, unprofessional politics, attitude and behaviour, no true respect for women employees and diversity is just a show.

Best for a freshers. Can obtain vast learning experience from different National and international projects. People are on the job trained.

Work culture is yet to be improved to Global standards. Change is the only thing constant and I wish change happens soon. All the best.
