Manager will not speak and reply. Other than escalation discussions my manager never spoke to any one in the team. They will no ping and ask first, they will directly call in teams irrespective of status like out of office or in some emergency leave or break times. If you do hard work others will relax and all works will be assigned to you.

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

I am not talking about company culture, bcs I m not sitting at offshore. I am working at onsite project. Hence ,in this prospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation

Nothing , few of departments are performing due to which this org is running. Leadership team is clueless and struggling to sustain business

Everything, they consider resources as numbers. No job security and you are not sure whether DXc will ask you to come office tomorrow or not.

If you want a job like government office(Job Security)go for it but not the payment bcoz they don't give appraisal.For 2years they haven't given a penny of hike.

DXC offers trainings and reimbursed certification costs but won't offer you any project to work for in that tech stack.

Do not expect any increment. Once in 3 to 4 years, you will get and too, it will be 2 to 4% increment and that's it.

Salary is on time and permanent WFH. Work life balance is good. There are multiple projects for SAP. You will be recognized for your work done. You can upskill by L&D internally with Linkedin and Udemy.
