I love working in DXC and the reason is I feel really happy when I go to office As the environment is really healthy what I have felt. In terms of hike and appraisal I felt it is very slow which is the demerit here otherwise work life balance is perfect .

The only drawback I would point out is that in terms of salary hike , getting recognized and appraisals which we are working for and looking for more and more to improve our knowledge and growth in the company. I will say it is very good as compare to other companies but taking leave iscdifficult as there are no proper back up as people are leaving in bulk at once.

DXC (HPE and CSC merged) is growing in nature and lots of opportunity for the Jobseeker and not for the existing employees. I would suggest the jobseeker has a great opportunity in career-wise and in the salary category.
