Management and the work culture.. more that knowing the process that you do, you need to be very well versed in talking and also talking in Hindi.. though you are 100% confident about the processes that you do, they will make you feel that you are a zero if you are not having conversations with your manager in Hindi.. they will defame ur name that you have gained for many years.. they will pay more to get some one from outside but they won’t even think about retaining the existing senior employees… dxc management is so worst for past 2 yrs when the management has completely changed and biased .. finally I decided to leave dxc.....Read More

Except a few team members and one or two new policies, there is nothing thats going right with this organization. Working hours are increased all of a sudden in India without any additional pay. Job security is at the bottom with lot of employees including managers, senior Professionals, IT staff being asked to leave.

Dislikes

Never thought it would go this bad. The merger of CSC and Hewlett Packard enterprise (HPE) was the worst thing to happen to HPE employees. The organization currently is worst place to join with 0% job security.

The company has lot of talented people, but they don't know how to take best out of those. No learning. No new idea implementation. Company has no vision. No ethics. Even senior Management don't want to listen you or resolve your issues. Company retains incompetent people and do layoffs frequently. No salary hike. No motivation.
