It all depends on the manager, my manager was super smooth and flexible and yes there are No hikes, it's stagnant and office politics is always there. There is no heavy work pressure while compared to other organizations.

Dislikes

There is low growth opportunities and no salary hikes per year, and there is no proper work culture.

Work is not an issue as long as you do your work but worst management. But there is no security you will be fired irrespective of your talent and your ratings
