The policies put forth by the organization to maintain work-life balance of an employee is commendable. Apart from this, it also provides transport facilities all across a particular city as compared to other organizations.

Dislikes

The training programs are online only and do not sponsor any training program from outside the organization, which invariably affects employee's career growth and aspirations.

Work Details

Working in DXC technology is hectic for employees in IT department. Employees do not get exposure to CSR activities.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
