The organization offers decent overall culture with job security, provided you perform well. It’s reassuring to know that employees are not easily let go over minor issues. Additionally, the company supports work-life balance with options for remote work and flexible hours, depending on the team(this isn't guaranteed)

Dislikes

The organization is plagued by internal politics and favoritism, creating an unfair environment where speaking up can lead to punitive actions disguised as ‘fairness.’ Growth opportunities are heavily skewed in favor of candidates from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges in HR teams while others are often misled with promises of impactful roles initially, only to be relegated to backend teams eventually, regardless of performance. Career development is stagnant, with minimal support for growth, inconsistent salary hikes, and scarce promotions. Management practices lack transparency and strong leadership, leading to inefficiencies and dissatisfaction.
