Job security is good,we can learn many things about process.

Dislikes

Getting little work pressure when we are not in healthy also,so thinking to quite job from this organisation not taking New employees and making old employees to support more and giving more work.keeping meeting before our working time. Getting rest is less only.

When I was in my old team there no work pressure and we can work at anytime but in new team there more work pressure and not believing employers.

Once Project get closed, they relocated me to Bangalore Team. So, Job security is good. If your Learning something, Company is Encouraging it
