It'll be wastage of time working here for more then 6-8 months for a fresher. Experience candidates should work here only when they want a lazy environment and poor management, minimum development. You can expect good salary here because no one wants to ruin their career for less salary. But salary is always on time.

Dislikes

There's no technical environment or career growth here. Management is not poor, management is absent.

If you're strict with your timings then they won't disturb you after working hours. But once you loose a bit they'll take all out of you.
