Old management and team who turned the company to black.

Dislikes

New management who turned the company to double digit red in just a few months, lost all big customers and generated huge losses.....so inexperienced, nonprofessional people.

The team was good, there was work life balance. Since the management kept changing lot of challenges where there and I learned to adapt to changes and to stretch myself to get the task to a closure.

I enjoyed my tenure with Duserve as I believe in doing the work sincerely till you are an employee, to the best possible way you can. I had a good rapport with my team, colleagues and workers. I gained lot of experience during my tenure.
