No one lasts in the purchase department of this company because that idiot Pratap Thorat makes their lives miserable.

Very bad organisation, zero work life balance, company owner and HR department doesn't care if their employees facing the issue inside and outside of the organisation. Very much departmental approach, no one is working like a team. They give salary hike by seeing faces not by performance. Whatever you are fresher or experience person, please please please do not come in this company.
