Likes

The company is well established and anyone working there would never face any kind of issues in salary & benefits. Also the company is growing at a quite fast rate.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad. Especially in production area. 8am - 8pm working time is really hectic and took a bad effect on my health. The work pressure is high and also the threats from the local manpower. Management won’t take any severe measures against them.

Nothing there is of your use . The people are full of ego and most important is that they always make fake promises

Dislikes

Everything . Don't even think to join , they say that they provide accomodation which is 3rd class Most of the people working there don't even have a proper degree

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
