This appro ach often leaves employees feeling undervalued and distrusted, contributing to a sense of instability within the workplace. There appears to be a significant lack of empathy and effective leadership, as employees frequently feel their contributions are not acknowledged or appreciated. The owner’s decision-making process seems heavily influenced by external opinions, which undermines confidence in his ability to lead with a clear, strategic vision. The overall management style lacks professionalism and fails to foster a culture of respect or trust at the beginning of the year trained on processes, and then let go within 3-4 months without justified cause. This practice reflects poorly on the organization’s commitment to employee retention and career development. Additionally, the daily routine includes a demoralizing practice where employees are required to stand and justify their previous day’s work. This further highlights the lack of trust and appreciation within the workplace culture. The HR team’s approach has been disappointing, as they often provide misleading assurances to employees, creating a false sense of job security.
