Bad work culture. No job security at all. Management and co workers are not supportive. They cut your pay even if you reach 5 min late in the morning and they make you work overtime with no extra pay. #toxic work culture

Work life balance is so bad here. If you start working here, you have to forget there’s anything else in your life you wanted to do, they make sure that the only thing you do is work, eat and sleep

For fresher it is a good company for work only for initial 1-1.5 yrs not more than that.

They will cut your payment without any prior information and worst worst hr policies and worst management. You can lear or gain experience if you work independently or under senior who is newly joined to this company if in case you r working under previous so called seniors then your condition will be worst....Read More

Worst work life balance if you r Junior and in Project department then you have to work for more than 12-13 hous daily. Seniors was just putting attendance at site and will leave the site within 2-3 hrs and whole burden will put on junior
