For fresher it is a good company for work only for initial 1-1.5 yrs not more than that.

Dislikes

They will cut your payment without any prior information and worst worst hr policies and worst management. You can lear or gain experience if you work independently or under senior who is newly joined to this company if in case you r working under previous so called seniors then your condition will be worst.

Work Details

Worst work life balance if you r Junior and in Project department then you have to work for more than 12-13 hous daily. Seniors was just putting attendance at site and will leave the site within 2-3 hrs and whole burden will put on junior

They need to work alot on building a good and respectful work culture. The environment is non welcoming for new joiners. No mutual respect.

the seniors give you zero exposure and show zero trust. Management is egoistic. The founder member just keep screaming and yelling in office on staff may it be male or female so loud on purpose that the staff feels shame. Appreciation is zero. Only 3-4 select staff who are working their since ages with no great leadership skills are appreciated in any event.
