MD of company is so good. Environment is good. Incentive structure was so good. Events were so good. Motivational activities were so good there. So I am finding it still as average.

Dislikes

Bus service was so bad. Second bus was required to run but there was not a provision for long time. Not a single master employee for new research. Education and job level was not metter there. And a behavior of employees was so so bed. I am still against for that period regarding behavior of employees. Salary was so bed there. Starting salary was 4000 to 6000. Middle Management employees had a lot of ego. I felt them egoistic. I found oppositions between two departments and it was the drawing the company status down. I don't want to tell more negative points of view for what I had left it. And a dust type activity was there I found that employees were treated so lower type. In the sense of behavior. I can call it kale more ka bhed in the status of designations. If anyone want growth up to management no one can. I was at my service so I had enjoyed it but only work enjoyment is not affected to stay there.
