Work Life balance Learning opportunities during work

CTO changing every couple of year. New Guy comes in and changes everything that the last CTO did. Seems like the Management doesn't understands the business and/or it's people needs. In last 3 years time, company went public and then private. In last 8 months 2 layoff with in total 20+% workforce laid off without any reason. Job security is no more. The new CPO/CTO is like my way or highway.

Nothing is 100% perfect in this dynamic world, like wise there are very few things that need to be improved in the company. For me I have to attend status calls little late in the night which is actually manageable because of company's work culture and onsite team members.
