Dislikes

Career growth opportunities are very limited and not much change to profile in projects. Salary will increase but level will remain the same for many years and sometime your juniors get promotion because they are lucky to get some good roles. One can get promotion every 2 years because he/she is very close to leadership and one cannot get promotion for 10 years because he/she is stuck in one role and one project and leadership think he is in his/her comfort zone....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
