Actually, I am working in a Du Franchise named Business Link Communication ( BLC). My product is Home Service. In this company no training, no job Secure. Every time Salary delay of 3 Months. In this process no Try Leader. That's why I'm Resigned my job.

Open Market, in open Market not covering all areas. My sageshion is devid area wise, and Appoint the Franchise.In one area that Franchise only have permission to sell, Another area Franchise can't sell in this area. In India it's Success. Like Hub and Spoke. My previous companies Reliance Telecom & Tata Docomo telecom.as same process.
