No life only work, Appraisal is never a satisfaction egoistic people Improper management in operation (just because of cost cut mindset of some managers ) Head weight management they dont even listen to there employees pain No proper alignment in the job, example- which profile should do what/ they expect everything to be driven by 1 vertical which is channel

And Leave your family in some Orphanase Home and Do the work, No Medical Benifits,No Holidays.. Sacrifice yourself... Better to Carry a Pillow and Blanket along with you During your Stay in DTDC.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less but lot of learning especially handing channel partners and operations. Managers are very close minded are not ready to take new ideas. Micro management and has have clean transparent environment. Middle management is directly exposed to md it become very difficult and employees feedback is taken by channel partners which very wrong
