Work is sometime interesting. Good people who help at call

Dislikes

No growth and benefits. Zero work-life balance there. Only sales and top mgmt employees are enjoy. It's like the hell place to work. No good practices implementation. All work only nothing else there. Need to do work for 12+ hrs daily but they say only 8 1/2 working hours while taking.

There is lots of politics. Starting salary you may get best but after that poor growth rate. Not satisfied at all after giving 200% as there is favouritism.

Work Details

I struggle at beginning as there is no training program and policies / SOP's are just on paper. No proper mapping. Not even thinking what is going on ground level and what they are facing issues or they will face qoncequences.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
