You are the salesman , Delivery man, operation boy etc. lots of additional work. Over duty till night paid less . Inside the branch itself they assign unwanted work . Worst service across country. Calls regards missing the parcel and service issues. They want sales not provide proper service.

90% times training is not provided to new employee's. Promotion given to employees who butter the senior. Absolute minimum wage for ground level staff. Salary cut from ground staff if any item is lost or damaged, but not same for senior management.

There is nothing to like about working at this company. Inequality in the shifts of the employees like, two types of teams divided, one is for operations who actively interact with the shipments physically called as Operational Staff. Work is mostly done by these people when compared to the other shift team.

The most dislike thing in this working arena is the worst management decisions which appropriate for the working minds of the employees to get dislike the Jobs at the company. Another thing most dislike for any other men is the 12hrs duty policy, but according to The Company Act 2019, The standard working hours of a company is about8 or hours, if he works extra time to the company then the company must pay O.T., to that employee. I have only region some of senior add some of employee he is not working for company he is working only for buttering that's why i am leave 1 am given my 11 important year's to this company but currently some people change my viewpoint

Very big volume. Handling is very challenging if u succeed in handling then you can servive in any other companies or situations for sure.

👎🏻 Management, very 👎🏻 leaderships, 👎🏻 work culture and environment. From the executives to branch manager Most of them are working from 8+ years in same post, so no improvement in skills and lack of spirit and no one care about your designation. No one will respect the senior positions. The problem is with 1 man in Ecommerce. He is the problem. He is arrogant man. Don't join ecommerce. Join only if you get 200% hike atleast. That man has very bad past history

The salary comes on time . And promotions are also done as per the performance parameters is achieved.

The weekly review mechanism for ACM and above is done very aggressively. If the weekly target is not achieved then the seniors treat very badly to the subordinates on the concall.
