Mangalore branch staffs are very friendly. Specially Mr Nitin branch manager given full opportunity to do the work. I always feel I'm work as a assistant branch manager

Dislikes

I finished one month notice period and then resigned the job. With a proper process. After one month I have received the termination letter. They did not paid my notice period salary and follow up with many officials all are ignored me. Specifically HR Mr.Venkatesh one of the worst hr I ever seen.

Projects are good which gives you overall good exposure and opportunities to learn...but this at the cost of your mental peace, personal life, health etc etc.

Company will treat you like slave. Those who says we like this company, we are happy here...blah blah....is all nothing but a pure 'Yes Sir' culture in sophisticated language. If you have nothing at your disposal, only then join here or stay jobless and try for some better opportunity. You will never fill appreciated, satisfied whatsoever efforts you put or whatever work hour you dedicate. If your function head has some issues with you, may be in some instance or in some project you didn't perform as per his expectations, he will keep the grudges and it will haunt you until you get out of this organization.
