There is no job security, they fired employees in middle of lockdown without any compensation despite having good profits in the last quarter.

Job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was little bit of mess up. I got a chance to play multiple roles to increase my personal and professional skills.

Yes in Panalpina there was job security. Good work culture top management is very much transparent with there down level. Company was good policies and very good appraisal are fair bonus and increments.

No!! Political issues in Panalpina. Never salary deducted good growth for carrier. Good training for application and communication.
