Worst experience ever with reporting manager and branch manager.

Seniors manager and reporting manger they use u for their benefits. During merger between agility and dsv I was the sole operation person for Ahmedabad branch. I was talked closing all pending rask related to air export/import, ocean export/import, project, custom brokage and invoicing backlogs. Once all these tasks completed,I start ed Facing undue pressure. Despite my efforts, shipment were not alloted to me by my reporting manager<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Yes in Panalpina there was job security. Good work culture top management is very much transparent with there down level. Company was good policies and very good appraisal are fair bonus and increments.

Dislikes

No!! Political issues in Panalpina. Never salary deducted good growth for carrier. Good training for application and communication.
