I like about this company’s management is towards the selection of projects and the strategy for making company worth and further more to make it as a leading in the city.

Dislikes

Attention towards their employees performance and well being is pretty low or I can say failure. Even people are working hard but not receiving beneficial appraisals.

Likes

Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is alot of politics, salary is decent but growth is is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chabce to wear multiple hats ans that heleped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
