They frequently recruit talent from their client organizations and pressure them to disclose confidential internal information. Once they’ve extracted all the valuable client information, they then force these employees to resign without providing any valid reason, often by demeaning and undermining them. What’s even more concerning is that common fragrance developers and perfumers working with them often collaborate with competing brands, openly sharing sensitive insights across clients — a clear breach of trust and ethics. Employees are forced to participate in these unethical practices and are threatened with forced resignation if they refuse. Worse, they’re told that non-compliance will lead to the deliberate destruction of their professional careers.
