The only positive is if your family stays with u u can survive. for Freshers its a good opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

Management and leadership issues. :- Management assumes employees lacks knowledge in respective of any level at GM level also , Directors lacks technical expertise and use unprofessional language which is not always accepted by Leaders. Toxic work culture: - Micromanagement to the core So talented employees leave quick and under performers can stay for decades. Lack of respect for Expertise :- MD should invest on training the directors first so they would respect others only paper degree wont work ahead after certain turnover. Instability and job insecurity: - Hire and fire is the key. No security if you are coming from good location & companies - do not plan there is no job security. They dont allow anyone to post google review and they have deleted many reviews....Read More
