Dislikes

Compensation and salary hikes are not so good, promotions happens very rare and after very long time. Although it is MNC but working culture doesn’t look like actual MNCs.

Good, balanced but my compensation is not as good as my hardwork for the company, so feel disappointed some time. Neither seniors or managers have concerns about employees financial and personal growth.
