Teammates are great over there supportive. And only good thing is pay scale.

Dislikes

Manager level doesn't know anything and management treats employees as money machine and language used by management is horrible. Worst job security, no innovation, no work life balance, huge politics and always you will hear some big dreams but no utilisation.

Its a family rather than a company. The work environment is just as perfect as you can expect. You can learn more if you can participate in the small jobs other than your own job profile. I personally learnt many more than my job descriptions.

Career growth was minimal at my time, not sure if its been changed yet or not. Politics was higher than you can expect even which is unmotivated me rather than the work pressure which was very disappointing.
